Taremwa is an Advocate of the Courts of Judicature and a Lecturer at the International University of East Africa (IUEA), where he teaches constitutional law, human rights, and employment law. He also practices law in Kampala, Uganda, with a niche in employment advisory and dispute resolution. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Makerere University. Taremwa has published research on business and human rights, focusing on the right to development and the impact of Chinese investments in Uganda. He advises various entities across healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and education sectors on employment law compliance. His contributions include: Conducting HR policy audits Supporting disciplinary hearing procedures Advising on corporate restructuring risk mitigation Representing clients before the Labour Office and the Industrial Court He is a rising voice in employment and labour law practice across Uganda and East Africa.
Laura is an Advocate of the Courts of Judicature of Uganda and an Associate at CM Advocates LLP Uganda, working within the Corporate and Commercial Law Department. Her practice spans corporate governance, company secretarial services, corporate litigation, employment law, and land transactions.
